Study On Safety Management In Tianjin Passenger Wharf

The safety of the passenger wharf,as the most important part of the safety management,is related to the convenience and life safety of the people.It also protects the safety of the people’s life and maintains property.Since the opening of Tianjin international cruise mother port,the continuous development of the foreign economy,the passenger flow of Tianjin international cruise mother port has steadily increased year by year,which brings great pressure to the safety management in Tianjin port passenger wharf.As an international cruise port,the passengers are from all over the world.Once a safety accident occurs,it will cause very serious consequences and losses in the international political and economic.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety management in Tianjin passenger wharf,to improve the safety factor of passenger wharf,to eliminate safety hazards and to strengthen safety management.Based on the safety management theory,safety analysis and other related theories,this paper analyzes the safety management status of Tianjin port passenger wharf,puts forward the problems existing in Tianjin port passenger wharf safety management,designs the questionnaire,through expert investigation,determines the evaluation index system,establishes five aspects of evaluation index and 20 secondary evaluation index,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the Tianjin passenger wharf safety comprehensive,system evaluation,and analyzes the evaluation results.According to the existing problems and the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward,such as safety consciousness,safety management system construction,personnel quality,auxiliary facilities,emergency management level,safety supervision,etc.,in order to provide reference for the management department of passenger wharf to further strengthen safety management and improve work efficiency.
