The Chang iang River,Zhujiang River,Huaihe River,Huanghe River,Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.Heilongjiang and Songhua River are mainly China's inland waterway.The vessels in these rivers are responsible for heavy transport mission.As the current,the power plant of vessel is mainly diesel engine propulsion,which emits a large number of harmful gases to the surrounding areas of the waterway and causes serious pollution.It is an important issue how to take positive measures to reduce the air pollution and maintain high-speed and sustainable economy development for the relevant region.In this paper,the main measures of China's inland river vessel emission reduction are sort out.the status of development and application of LNG as fuel(mainly LNG-diesel dual fuel style)at home and abroad are reviewed.The problems in the development and application process of LNG-diesel dual fuel vessel in China are analyzed and some suggestions to solve the problems are put forward.The main work of this paper is as follows:The profile of inland waterway and vessels sailing in the rivers as well as the domestic and international emission regulations and policies are introduced.The control technology of harmful emissions of marine engine and the other energy saving and emission reduction measures of inland waterways are discussed.The working principle of LNG fueled engine,the advantages of emission reduction of LNG power vessel and the development status of domestic and foreign LNG powered vessel are discussed in detail.The system of diesel-LNG dual fuel powered vessel,the type of LNG gas tank,the arrangement of gas tank,fuel gas system,etc.are introduced,the various LNG fuel bunkering program are analyzed and compared.Take the modification of a 3000t class cargo inland river vessel as an example,the main parameters of the fuel gas supply system were calculated.The type,volume,wall thickness and insulation material of the gas tank were determined.The requirements of the LNG gas pipeline and the design principle of.monitoring security system are provided.The main risks and causes of operation of LNG powered vessel are discussed,and the main risk prevention measures are given.The problems existing in the development and application of LNG powered ship in China are analyzed,some technical and policy suggestions for its future application.
