Since the reform and opening up,with the improvement of China's economic strength and the development of urbanization process,the super high-rise building get rapid development of our country.The construction of high-rise buildings need huge investment.Therefore,under the premise that ensure the use function of buildings,how to choose the reasonable structure scheme is the key problem in the design of super high-rise building.The most effective way to improve the structural performance and economy of super high-rise buildings is to reduce the horizontal load on the structure and improve the lateral force efficiency of the structure.the former can be achieved by reducing the self-weight of the structure,which can be achieved by improving the properties of the material and the surrounding and supporting of the structural anti-lateral force components.Based on the example of reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure(partial steel reinforced concrete column),selection of one of the tower structure research,the project a total of 36 above ground,structure total 144.6 m high.The use of structural selection of the two methods,combined with the current national industrial development policy,without changing the building function and the size of the plane under the premise of the use of steel frame,reinforced concrete column deep beam to replace the original structure of reinforced concrete column frame,the interior is still the concrete core tube structure,only to change its thickness,the formation of "steel frame-concrete core tube structure" and "reinforced concrete frame tube structure" analysis model.The internal concrete core tube is further replaced with a steel frame to form a "steel frame-support structure(all steel structure)" and "an external reinforced concrete column with an internal frame structure of steel frame".In order to improve the fire resistance of steel frame columns,steel frame columns are steel concrete columns.Based on the PKPM2010 software,the structural analysis model is established according to the actual load condition,and the structural calculation and analysis,the elastic time history analysis and the static elastic-plastic analysis are carried out.Under the premise of satisfying the structural design requirements,the above structure and the original structure are designed the performance of the structure is compared and analyzed in detail,the seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquakes is investigated,and the scheme with better structural performance is obtained.At the same time,the influence of different structural forms on the economy of buildings is further analyzed from the aspects of material amount,construction period and project cost.In this paper,the main research results and suggestions: For such super high-rise building construction conditions,steel structure can be used to improve structural ductility and torsional resistance,while effectively reducing the weight of the structure,thereby reducing the impact of low seismic effects on the structure,to save building materials And improve the seismic performance of the role of the structure;The outer frame adopts the steel frame or reinforced concrete with small column spacing and high beam height to improve the seismic performance of the structure.The structural performance of the outer frame is more excellent when the steel frame is used,and the damaged parts of the structure are obviously reduced under the rare earthquake;The "steel frame-center support structure" utilizes the high strength of steel to reduce the self-weight of the structure and improve the anti-side efficiency of the structure through the edge-forming and the supporting of the anti-side members.The seismic performance is better than other schemes under the rare earthquake;Through the comparative analysis of the economy of each program,it is suggested that "steel frame-steel frame should be adopted when the soil quality of the construction site is good,regardless of structural performance,economy or industrial policy.Concrete core tube structure ",the site of poor soil,the proposed " steel frame-the center support structure." The results of this study can provide reference for the selection of structural design scheme of super high-rise buildings.
