| The boiler is the most important steam generating device in clothes ironing apparatus,in the ironing,whose water level must be strictly controlled within a certain range.It determines the steam effect of ironing,while the steam effect is one of the most critical consumer performance indicators.The boiler is a time-varying and complex time-delay system,and the system parameters will change with the useing time.For example,the accumulation of the electromagnetic pump flow and scale makes the heat transfer coefficient of the system become worse.The uncertainty of using environment includes initial temperature of the water in the tan,the altitude of environment,difference of the heating power and so on.The control algorithm should solve the discrete of system parameters in the early batch production and the influence on the system stability caused by somechange factors in the later stage.Therefore,it is necessary to study an adaptive control scheme to meet the needs of large scale production of complex mutation systems.Faced with the uncertainty of the temperature of the control target,it also ensures that the system runs steadily and stably for a long time.The sliding mode variable structure control is used to overcome the discreteness of the system parameters and the uncertainty of the external conditions in the mass production.The control requires fast response and is easy to implement on the ordinary microcontroller.For the upper and lower control boundaries of the control system,it is necessary to study the neural network on-line to diagnose the system faults in real time and avoid the stability beyond the stable area.While adopting the neural network control directly needs to obtain the control parameters throughonline training system.The training process lasts a long time and needs to identify repetitively.After that,the study on resisting parameter variation is organized renewedly,when the system parameter has varied,to maintain the long running stability of the system.However,severe shock will occur in the sysem during the whole learning process,which result in discontinuity and bad influence on steam ironing.If the fuzzy control is used to control a time-delay system with unknown control target,the membership degree can not be handled,and the control strategy will also be invalid.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:1.The system characteristics of neural network and fuzzy controlare studied.The development of sliding mode variable structure control is introduced,and the control strategy of boiler make-up water system is analyzed.2.A method of sliding mode variable structure control based on neural fuzzy is put forward.Neural network fault diagnosis system used the online maintenance system in the sliding area,the use of online learning neural network sliding mode critical point,saturation function and attenuation adopted to control water pump operating speed,which makes system stable.A sliding mode control method based on adaptive neural fuzzy is studied..The system can enter the sliding mode steady state under any initial conditions,and realize the whole process sliding mode control in the control process.3.Analyze the hardware and software design of the system control,and realize the control system of the system. |
