As the population continues to grow,so does the demand for transportation.High-speed trains have become one of the indispensable means of transportation for their advantages such as safety,high speed,and large passenger capacity.The effective design of the train control method can realize the real-time adjustment of the running speed of the train and accurately track the set speed curve,so that the high-speed train has real-time,stability and efficiency in the running process.However,as the running speed of high-speed trains continues to increase and passenger capacity gradually increases,factors such as delay problems in train network control and resistance disturbances during train operation also increase the speed of trains,which greatly affects the speed of trains.Train operating efficiency.How to effectively solve the above problems has become the research focus of many scholars.Aiming at the problems in the control process of high-speed trains,this paper proposes the following methods.For the delay of the train communication network,a delay test platform based on the TCN train network was established.The platform simulates the actual operating environment,and uses the multi-function vehicle bus(MVB)for information transmission.By changing the characteristic period of the vehicle control unit(VCU)and the number of ports,time delay data with different characteristics is obtained.The improved PSO-optimized LSSVM method is used to perform prediction simulation on the grouped data,and compared with the Elman prediction method and the basic LSSVM prediction method,the effectiveness of the prediction method used in this paper is verified.Based on the prediction data of different characteristic time delays,considering the influence of network delays and various resistance interferences during the train operation,a non-linear train system was selected as the controlled object,and an improved PSO neural network based on improved PSO was proposed Sliding mode adaptive robust control.In the control method,a double-power exponential approach rate is used to reduce the time required for the approach process and reduce chattering,and an online simulation is performed on a case-by-case basis using the MATLAB software.Finally,compared with the classical control method,it is verified that the method has better control effect. |
