With the development of LED street lamp production process,the luminous efficiency is also getting higher and higher,its light efficiency has been far beyond the tube lights and high pressure sodium lamp.However,there are still some deficiencies in the current LED production.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the thermal resistance of the LED street lamp is larger,and the thermal resistance will lead to high temperature,which affects the color temperature.Secondly,the structural design of the LED street lamp shell will directly affect the cooling effect.The shell design makes full use of natural convection to heat the radiator,minimizes the junction temperature and controls the illuminance.In the end,the illuminance of the street lamp after the change of the shell structure is detected,so that the electrical and optical performance of the LED street lamp meets the requirements of the indicators when the life span of the LED street lamp is prolonged.This thesis is from the above aspects of the LED street lamp housing structure design and illumination testing research.The specific work includes:(1)The analysis of the thermal resistance of LED street lamps can achieve automatic cooling with the help of air convection,and effectively reduce the junction temperature,so that the thermal conductivity of PCB conduction to the ambient air changes,it can effectively reduce the total thermal resistance value.(2)According to the natural convection of air,the shell structure of lamps and lanterns is designed rationally.In order to ensure the performance and beauty of lamps,dozens of double round head cooling holes are put on the top and the floor.It is also necessary to reduce its weight and processing cost.The material is Q235 and aluminum alloy,and Q235 can be used to make the upper cover and the bottom plate by stamping.The surface is galvanized and sprayed white.(3)The illuminance of LED street lamp is detected by the 2.0m aluminum base photometer integrating sphere and the fast spatial distributed photometer test system.The illuminance of LED street lamp is detected,including electrical performance test and optical performance test.Using the LED drive power performance tester to test the voltage,current,power,power factor and harmonic wave in the electrical performance.The luminous efficiency,light energy,color temperature and color rendering index of optical properties are tested by the 2.0m aluminum base photometer integrating sphere and the fast spatial distributed photometer system. |
