Application Of Risk Management Of Deep Foundation Pit Construction Next To The Subway

With the rapid development of China's economy,especially the great changes in coastal developed cities and inland capital cities,in recent years,more and more people have gathered in subway because of its convenience,environmental protection,high efficiency and other advantages,which has greatly helped the economy in the area near subway and made business and office buildings and residential buildings have sprung up.To achieve the use of the maximum limit of the land near subway,building foundation is constantly increasing and the underground space is also constantly increasing.When people are pursuing the generous interest brought by the underground space,the construction environment of underground foundation is becoming more and more poor and the loss caused by risk accidents is also becoming larger,for example,the foundation pit collapsing accident in Guangzhou Haizhucheng Square in 2005,the deep foundation pit collapsing accident in Hangzhou Xianghu Subway Station in 2008 and the deep foundation pit collapsing accident in Wuhan Wangjiadun Subway Station in 2012.To decrease the economic loss and casualties caused by risk accidents in the process of deep foundation pit construction,researches on the application of risk management of deep foundation pit construction are necessary.Based on cases of actual application,this paper firstly introduces the theoretical knowledge of risk management,among which this paper mainly introduces four main management processes: the risk identification of engineering projects,the analysis and evaluation of risk,risk response and risk monitoring and simply introduces the implementation methods of each process of risk management.This paper takes a deep foundation pit construction in Shanghai as an example to identify risk with the theoretical knowledge of risk management and by using expert investigation method and list checking method.Next,this paper analyzes and evaluates risk by using list and expert scoring method to list the main risk in the process of the deep foundation pit construction and makes targeted measures according to the risk value,providing effective basis for the risk monitoring.
