With the development of modern mechanical industry and the innovation of technology,the structure of modern equipment is complicate and automatic.Modern industrial production has more requirements: reliability,availability,maintainability,economy,security.While the mechanical fault diagnosis technology could meet all the requirements above,so its position is also getting higher and higher in the modern industrial production.Generally,the problem in metallurgical industry equipment is in the transmission gears,bearings,shaft,and when the transmission appears problem.It will vibrate and the vibration signal will be the most obvious characteristics.Moreover,the ball mill gear is the most critical parts,so we chose the vibration signal diagnostic methods.The SIS combined UG,ANSYS,balancing instrument for the most prone to failure of gears,has made the following achievements:(1)Through set up the 3D modeling by using the UG software,and then imported into the ANSYS to carry on modal analysis,we have obtained natural frequency and formation of two gears,we could reach conclusion the meshed frequency is away from their natural frequency and the maximum deformation is the teeth of big gear.(2)By using the balancing instrument for DaTang International Recycling Resource mill gear running state of measurement and analysis.(3)Finally the text have detailed studied the vibration analysis application in DaTang International Recycling Resource.SIS proved the feasibility of vibration analysis in fault diagnosis of scale enterprise applications.
