Outboard valve is an important implementing component of the control system inside the submersible.The security,flexibility and intelligence of the submersible are directly related to the work performance the outboard valve and its control system.There are a large number of outboard valve which widely distributed in the diving apparatus.In order to improve the work performance of the submersible,several requirements are put forward to sea valve and its control system.First of all,the force of opening valve under the condition of the high pressure must be small.Secondly,the outboard valve and its control system need high reliability,small volume,light weight,better flexibility.Finally,that the outboard valve can be distributed control is required,namely controling and monitoring of multiple outboard valve on a device.This paper uses the project of "the improve research and development of a type valve(GH2012024)","the research of valve remote control system and its reliability" as its background which is undertaken by Harbin Engineering University and supported by a research institute of CSIC,and combined with the above requirements,this paper develops a external piloted outboard valve and its micro-electro-hydraulic control system and and distributed control system.The main content of this paper is as follows:First of all,according to the requirements of the project,in order to reduce the force of opening the valve,and at the same time guarantee the high reliability,the paper develops a external pilot operated outboard valve,calculating and simulating the opening force of the valve.According to the data of the calculation and simulation,and considering the and requirement to outboard valve control system that put forward by the project,which includes small volume,light weight and so on.This article carries on the design and development to the micro electro-hydraulic control system of the outboard by the principles of miniaturization and lightweight.Secondly,by the standard of miniaturization,lightweight,intelligence and high reliability,this article applies in micro-electronics technology to design the electric drive part of the out board valve and draws the circuit schematic diagram and produce the PCB,and then complete the welding and debugging.Thirdly,because the subject puts forward request of integrated control and monitoring to the outboard valve,the article carries out the research to the interface circuit and human-computer interaction technology of the distributed control system of the outboard valve: the article designs master-slave station circuit boards of CAN bus,and have made them,adopting various methods to improve the reliability of the circuit,writing the software and doing the debug.Regarding Industrial PC as the hardware platform,VC++ as software platform,the article develops the human-computer interaction system of outboard valve.Finally,this article completes the overall debugging to the micro electro-hydraulic control system and distributed control system of the outboard.
