With the development of marine technology,Underwater Locating Technology has been paid more and more attention in various countries of the world.Underwater Locating Technology has developed into a very important subject of field of underwater positioning technology in recent years and has solved many important problems during ocean development.High-precision Underwater Locating Technology is beneficial to the development of the water diving,underwater robots,seabed mining,offshore oil exploitation and many other important topics.The high-precision underwater positioning technology,based on satellite positionging and Ultra short baseline locating system,achieves the precise location of the underwater taget.In the above background,context develops the data management and control system of buoy for underwater positioning.Firstly,with the significance and development of underwater positioning,the context elaborates the purpose and significance of the system developing.Then it introduces the hardware design of the system,including FPGA receiving and transmitting unit,electrical level conversion unit,data-storage unit,and the power control unit.Data-storage unit adopts the low-power DSP-TMS320VC5509 A as the main chip and the power control unit puts to use a low-power microcontroller MSP430F149 as duty units.Then the context describes the design of the system software in detail.The FPGA unit uses VHDL programming language with the form of state machine to finish receiving and transmitting data;data-storage section utilizes the FAT32 file system to manage data in SD card memory,and the storage software completes identification of SD card,initializing the FAT32 file system,the file system storage,the real-time clock configuration and reading and so on;the power control unit expounds the flow-chart design of transmission module and receiver module.In the final,the context tests the system's each unit and the whole system,including the SD card storing test,the USB card reading speed test,the FPGA receiving and transmitting test,the range of voltage and consumption of the system,the power control unit test.The results improve that each unit module can complete the performances of the system.The whole system tests include stability and reliability in long time working,high and low temperature and humidity test.The results verify the reliability and stability of the overall system design.
