With the social progress and economic development,improving the ability of technological innovation and product development efficiency has become the core problem related to the survival and development of enterprises in the process that the product renewal becomes more faster and the market competition becomes more intensely.As two kinds of excellent innovation methods,bionics and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ),they have broad application prospects in the field of product design and are significant for accelerating the speed of product innovation and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Bionics and TRIZ theory are taken as the research objects and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the systemic analysis on bionics and TRIZ,a new design process model is proposed of the combination between bionics and TRIZ with their two advantages respectively.Then the similarity evaluation method is proposed for the selecting problem of biological prototype in the process of the bionic design of above model.Meanwhile,the solution procedure is expounded based on the TRIZ improvement problems.Secondly,the walking mechanism of the insulator detection robot is designed innovatively based on the product design model of the integration between bionics and TRIZ.Through the analysis of the product functions and the finding of the biological prototype,the preliminary design scheme can be obtained by the bionics design.And then TRIZ is used to improve the preliminary design scheme.The feasibility of the model can be verified by the final design scheme.Thirdly,aiming at the difficult problem that finding the bionic example for analogy during the process of bionic design,the BioTRIZ design model is established according to the relationship between the realization mode of biological function and TRIZ inventive principle.Then the details of the bionic design are studied,too.Two realization modes are discussed which are the engineering-to-biology mapping process and the biology-to-engineering inversion process in the model.Moreover,from the aspect of improving the efficiency of research and development,the product design process of BioTRIZ-Isight is put forward with the CAO software Isight.At last,based on the BioTRIZ-Isight product design process,the bluff body of the electromagnetic vortex flowmeter is optimized.According to analysing the simulation results,the optimized structure plays a role in reducing the fluid pressure loss.The bluff body optimum structure scheme verifies the practicability of the design process by the CAO software Isight.
