Abstract:With the development and progress of society,people's living environment more and more lucrative,but also accompanied by a variety of cardiovascular diseases,have brought a lot of trouble to our life.The development of wearable heart electric monitoring equipment allows us to see new hope for the treatment of cardiovascular disease,compared with the traditional treatment method,it can achieve real-time monitoring,timely treatment,improve the effectiveness of monitoring data,greatly improve the cure rate.At present,a lot of researches have been carried out on the electrical conductivity,stability of signal monitoring and electrode structure of the textile structure flexible ECG electrode.With the popularity of wearable products,people not only put forward higher requirements for the functionality of the product,the requirements for its wearing comfort has become increasingly prominent.In view of this,in combination with the current market's demand,and make people more comprehensive understanding of the wearable ECG electrode,this topic focuses on the point of view of wearing comfort,from the two angles of the touch of the human body and the physical and mechanical properties were studied respectively on the flexible electrode's comfort in Wearable ECG signal sensing device.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)This paper selected four kinds of yarn,cotton,polyester,nylon and bamboo fiber as the electrode material warp fabric,weft yarns were selected for silver coated polyamide which has excellent conductive properties,test compression,bending,friction,air permeability and moisture of the five comfort index of four different warp ECG electrodes.The test results show that the permeability properties of nylon yarn electrode is best,but the feeling is poor,the fabric surface roughness;polyester yarn electrode thickness,good softness,but breathable properties were poor;cotton electrode lively hand strong,breathable performance is worse than bamboo fiber electrode,and the permeability is poor;bamboo fiber electrode breathable performance is good,the surface of the fabric is soft and smooth.Therefore,a comprehensive view warp integral contact flexible electrode of bamboo fiber are the best comfort.(2)In order to explore the different structure of sample's comfort in flexible electrode Wearable ECG sensor device,this paper designs the contact comfort experiment scheme,the main contents include:(1)Experimental sample's selection.According to the data investigation and combined with the research status,the choice of different shape and structure of the flexible electrode in the Wearable ECG signal sensor is completed,including the shape,the size of the electrode sensor,and the contact position of the human body.Considering the conductivity and comfort of ECG electrodes,specific parameters:round shape and rectangle,the size of 4cm~2,9cm~2,16cm~2,25cm~2,contact position for chest and abdomen,back and arms(near the waist)four common position,which includes the combination of 32 samples.(2)Preparation of the experimental materials,the different shapes and sizes of electrodes were integrated in the cotton bandage to make Wearable ECG signal sensing device.(3)The exercise test plan and evaluation index of the contact comfort test.Contact comfort for experimental design of 4 motion,respectively,sit and rest,mild exercise,strenuous exercise,meditation recovery;evaluation index for softness,smoothness,prickle,heat and wet 5 feelings to research on tactile sensation evaluation;test scale using six order scale,comprehensively summarizes the wearing feeling.(3)Using the following mathematical analysis method,the experimental results of the comfort of the flexible electrode in the Wearable ECG sensing device are comprehensively judged.(1)Results by Kendall collaborative coefficient test method in 120 subjects completed the contact comfort experiment score's test,the test results show that the 120individuals in the different state of motion score results is well consistent with the experimental data,the data is real and effective.(2)The use of cluster analysis to the level classification of 32 samples,the results show that the small area of relatively large area of electrode electrode has better comfort,the electrode sensor's confort in contact with the human body position in the abdomen,arms is better than chest position,the clustering results shape of the contact comfort is not significant.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using the principle of fuzzy mathematics.The evaluation results show that the circular electrode with an area of 4cm~2,and the contact position of the human body is the most comprehensive comfort performance of the electrode sensor in different movement states.(4)Based on the above Wearable ECG signal sensing device in flexible electrode comfort analysis of test results,the raw material of warp ECG electrodes the ultimate preference of bamboo fiber yarns,the optimal configuration of the flexible electrode sensor in the Wearable ECG sensor is:the area is 4cm~2,the shape is round,and the position of the human body is in the arms or the abdomen.
