Energy is the material basis of human living activity,which is the power for human production activities.The usefulness and development of energy plays a great role in promoting economic development.With the development of social economy,the demand for energy is higher and higher.The demand for high performance power supply is becoming larger and larger.As the worsening of environment and the concept of environmental protection gradually strengthened,developing the sustainable development of efficient energy storage device undoubtedly has important theoretical and practical significance.Electrochemical capacitor,which is a kind of new environmental protection energy storage devices,has the ability of fast charge and discharge,high efficiency,non-pollution,long cycle life,temperature scope width and high security,etc.In the topic,we chose polyester fabric as the basement,constructing electric double layer and pseudocapacitor materials on the surface,which help us explore the flexible electrode materials application for textile fiber.The morphologies,material structures and electrochemical properties of the electrode materials were studied in detail.?1?Graphene/polyester composite fabrics were synthesized by using a facile “brushing-coating-drying” process followed by Na BH4 reduction method.The graphene/polyester composite electrode prepared by NaBH4 reduction method exhibits a good conductivity.The sheet resistance was 384 W/sq.?2?MnO2 with high theoretical capacitance was deposited on the conductive graphene/polyester composite fabrics using a hydrothermal method.When a MnO2 sheet layer deposited on the graphene/polyester composite fabrics,the resulted composite electrode material exhibited a specific capacitance of 332 F/g at a scan rate of 2 m V/s and excellent cycling stability.The specific capacitance of solid-state supercapacitor of MnO2/graphene/polyester composite fabrics was 265 F/g.?3?A three-dimensional?3D?electrode material was synthesized through a facile Zn O-assisted hydrothermal process in which porous MnO2 nanotube arrays were in situ grown on graphene/polyester composite fabric.The specific capacitance reached 498 F/g at a scan rate of 2 m V/s in Na2SO4 electrolyte solution.Due to the special electrode structure,the electrode also showed stable electrochemical performances under the conditions of long-term cycling,and mechanical bending and twisting.
