With the development of economic society,environmental problems caused by energy shortages and primary energy consumption have become increasingly serious.Under the background of promoting energy conservation,the research on energy-saving technology and application of energy-saving equipment are more and more urgent.In the structure of the energy consumption,industrial energy consumption occupies a substantial share.In industrial area,lots of energy is discharged in the way of waste heat,which results in a lower energy efficiency.This is not only a waste of energy but a serious damage to the environment.The first category of lithium bromide absorption heat pump as a green,non-polluting energy-saving equipment,has an excellent performance in the field of recovering industrial waste heat.The Li Br absorption heat pump need part of heat source driving itself,raising the grade of waste heat to a higher level and utilizing.This paper will research on single effect lithium bromide absorption heat pump which is drove by steam,analysis the influence factors of performance,try to use plate shell heat exchangers instead of the traditional shell and tube generator,and study on the feasibility and the application significance of replacing generator heat exchanger type comparatively.Firstly,this paper established the design model and the actual working condition simulation model of absorption heat pump,using heat and mass transfer model in absorption heat pump,the equation of lithium bromide solution,water and steam physical parameters by Visual Basic computer language.After that,using experimental data verified reliability of the two models.Secondly,forward analysis of the influence factors of its performance was done by design model.Then an actual working condition simulation model was used to make analysis of its thermodynamic characteristics from the reverse perspective.The research shows that pursuing of a high COP value will increase the heat transfer area of each member,which will lead to a high manufacturing cost of the unit.So we should put the ratio of performance and price on the first place,and COP on the second place as a reference in the heat pump designing.Finally,for the special structure of the generator,I selected plate-shell heat exchanger as studying object on enhancing heat exchange in generator by comparison and analyzing plate,plate-shell,tube-shell heat exchanger features,because of the structural constraint of plateheat exchanger leads it's not suitable for using in the generator of absorption heat pump.Then I compared and analyzed the size and cost of plate-shell generator and tube-shell generator,and found that plate-shell generator has outstanding performance on its size and cost of lithium bromide solution,but the advantage of cost on heat exchanger is not obviously.At last,through using the practical simulation model analyze the effect of the enhancement of generator heat transfer coefficient on the performance of the heat pump,found that enhance the heat transfer of generator has a weak effect on improving COP value of absorption heat pump.
