The high voltage circuit breaker is the very important primary equipment because of its capacity of the arc extinguishing,so the main circuit current of electric system can be switched.In order to improve the stable and reliability of the electric system,and the faulty line can be cut off in time,it is vital to ensure the safety and the reliability of the running condition of the high voltage circuit breaker.The intelligent technologies which process the profound theoretical significance and the wide application value are the basis and the premise approaches when achieving condition-based maintenance of the high voltage circuit breaker.Four key intelligent technologies which are the intelligent monitoring technology,the data processing technology,the faulty diagnosis technology and the data communication technology have been studied in this paper.The main work as follows:Firstly,the common faults of the 10 k V circuit breaker are concluded and analyzed in detail in the paper,and an intelligent monitoring scheme which contains the monitoring of mechanical characteristic,the monitoring of the temperature rise of contact and the monitoring of the current of the coils is put forward.The drawback that the operating failure of the high voltage circuit breaker cannot be accurately reflected by using single monitoring parameter has been overcome.Secondly,the fact that the strong mechanical vibration and the disturbance of electromagnetic signal are generated during the working process of the high voltage circuit results in the problem of which the sampling data is fluctuated seriously so that a lot of characteristic parameters such as opening and closing speed,the bounce time cannot be calculated accurately.A de-noising method which is based on the Wavelet of Daubechies6 has been adopted in this paper,the noise signal which is involved in the sampling data of high voltage circuit breaker is well filtered.Then the efficiency and the superiority of the Wavelet of Daubechies6 can be testified by contrasting with other traditional data-processing methods,and the singular signal can be detected and filtered by using Wavelet of Daubechies6.Subsequently,an intelligent equipment of the high voltage circuit breaker which adopts STM32F407ZET6 as the core control device is designed which is based on the intelligent monitoring technology,the data processing technology and the data communication technology.The equipment is constructed by 9 high-speed analog sampling channels,the wireless temperature sensor interface and many other spare interfaces,so the characteristic of the large kinds of monitoring parameters and the huge data can be adapted to.The de-noising algorithm of Wavelet of Daubechies6 is programmed so that the harmful effect can be greatly decreased which is caused by the noise signal during working process of the high voltage circuit breaker.In order to satisfy the reclosing process,the sampling and monitoring software procedure which relies strictly on the reclosing of relay protection strategy(opening-0.3s-closing-opening)is designed,and the phenomenon of the data covering and the data missing which is caused during the instant,repeated action of the high voltage circuit breaker can be avoided,so the integrity of the monitoring results are guaranteed.The RS-485 and CAN are designed in the paper,and the data can be transmitted to the IED real-timely and reliably,so the standard communication can be achieved.Finally,the experiment platform of the VJY-12P/T630-25-210(Z)breaker is built,the opening and closing experiments have been done for many times,and the function and the accuracy of the intelligent equipment is testified.The results show that the accuracy can be improved by 30%,and it can satisfy the running requirement and the equipment can work steadily.Consequently,the problem of forecasting the faulty of high circuit breaker during the working process can be greatly solved by using the key intelligent technology which has been researched in this paper.
