With the development of economic globalization,the trade between regions has become more and more frequent.As an important node for the trading of bulk commodities,the container terminal also shows a more important role.Nowadays,the continuous increase of container throughput and the increasing development of large-scale ships,higher requirements are put forward on the operational efficiency of container terminals.In China's container import and export operations,more than 90%of the containers are completed by the trucks,due to the randomness and uncertainty,leading to severe congestion at terminal and the surrounding area during the peak,which impact the normal operation of the terminal,reducing the operating efficiency.At the same time,the issue of environment has always been one of the hot topics of global concern in the 21st century.The energy conservation and emission reduction of container terminals is also an important policy that the government has been actively promoting.Building a green low-carbon port is an inevitable trend of port development.The trucks and cranes empty consumption caused by congestion,not only wasting terminal resources also brought serious environmental pollution.Through the intensive study on the appointment system,analyze the existing collection card booking mode,operation process,influencing factors,core issues.Combing and summarizing the shortcomings of the existing research,integrate the yard capacity limitation into the appointment system,with the objective of minimizing the average waiting time for delivery trucks and the emptying cost of the crane,using Non-stationary queuing theory and queuing network theory,a multi-objective reservation optimization model of terminal delivery trucks appointment optimization system considering the yard capacity is constructed.Based on the two-stage queuing system and adaptive genetic algorithm with elite strategy,get the optimal scheduling.Through the field survey of Dalian Port and Tianjin Port,collate and analyze the survey data,the characteristics of the container terminal trucks arrival are obtained.Taking Tianjin Hailu Container Terminal Cooperation as an example,basing on analyzing the indicators such as the average waiting time,the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified.The experimental results show that the research effectively solves the problem that the unbalanced arrival of the terminal trucks at different periods,which leads to the serious congestion during peak hours,reducing the waiting time of the trucks and the empty consumption cost of the yard cranes,the considering of the yard capacity limitation is a supplement to the existing research on terminal appointment which can provide reference for the management of the truck appointment.
