Abstract/Summary:
With the development of shipping industry,the bunker oil supply market an unprecedented prosperity,more and more on ship oil suppliers to enter the industry;By 2016,China’s oil consumption of 7.8 million tons.Marine fuel oil demand by the price of crude oil and the affiliated ports influenced by factors such as quantity,port throughput,uncertainty is stronger.Marine fuel oil demand uncertainty,the author of this paper,the research of Marine fuel oil inventory routing problem,in Z company,for example,through a set of heterogeneous fleet to a Marine fuel oil from one port of delivery to the port of multiple requirements,distribution,and the demand for each port storage tanks for storage,for after need to refuel ships in the harbor to provide refueling services.Was introduced in detail in a certain planning period,the demand uncertainty,the port of demand and inventory demand port of the capacity of certain circumstances,how to meet the demand of cases to determine the optimal path makes the minimum total cost.Mixed integer programming model is established in this paper,first,to establish a demand to determine the inventory path model of Marine fuel oil,including road runoff,inventory constraints,berth and load constraints,etc.,to determine the optimal path and distribution,makes the general navigation costs and minimizing the sum of inventory cost and penalty cost.Port in this paper,considering the demand in each period of demand uncertainty,on the basis of the deterministic model,the introduction of uncertainty budget parameters,two-stage robust optimization model is established,considering the disturbance rate is different,when demand uncertainty budget,under the condition of different model robustness as well as the change of the total cost.Respectively in this paper can bring 12.4 software on demand and two phase to solve the robust optimization model,the results show that on the one hand,when the deviation value,the greater the demand,the greater the change of total cost,at the same time,with the improvement of robustness of the model,the total cost of the robustness of the solution become more sensitive to demand disturbances.When demand,on the other hand,the deviation value of certain,the greater the value of,the stronger the robustness of the model,but the robustness of the solution of the weak,the total cost is larger;Whereas the smaller the value is,the stronger robustness of solution,the robustness of the model.Robust optimization model for two phase compensation function through effective control of understanding the robustness and robustness of the model.
