Research On Cost Control Of Whole Process Based On Bill Of Quantities

At present,China's construction industry occupies a more important position in the national gross national product,and it is an economic pillar industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Because of the particularity of the construction project,the periodic long,while occupying a larger fund at the same time,with the rapid development of China economy,increasing investment projects,so the total investment of the project how to effectively control has become an important research topic in the construction industry.July 1,2003 in the nationwide implementation of the "construction project quantity list pricing norms",is an important measure of project cost management,is a turning point in the market of engineering construction market reform.The mode of engineering cost in our country has also changed from the traditional quota valuation to the engineering quantity list valuation,and has changed from "quantity,price and unification" to "quantity price separation"".The new pricing model is more suitable for the development of the current market economy,and also puts forward new requirements for controlling the cost of construction projects.Through access to a large number of data,inventory valuation,the current study focused on costcontrol in design stage and construction stage,there is less research on the whole process of cost control of construction projects,but also the lack of a systematic theory and method of.In order to effectively control the cost for the construction unit,based on the new valuation mode of engineering cost control in the whole process of research,through the analysis of various problems of cost control and control method,achieve the control on overall cost target.This paper first analyzes the related theory and method of valuation,combined with the method of BOQ valuation on cost control of the whole process of analysis,the project preparatory stage to the completion stage,analysis and discussion of project cost control methods in the valuation mode.Finally,combined with the administrative office building of Southwest University of Science and Technology as an example,the paper uses relevant data to analyze the cost management based on the bill of quantities valuation,and verifies the effective control of the project cost.
