In the automotive power system,the fuel injection pump has always played a vital role as the engine to provide regular,quantitative,constant pressure atomization fuel body,its structure and performance improvement has been to the important content about improving the engine stability,fuel savings and reducing the exhaust pollution.As the role of the fuel injection pump is making low-pressure fuel compressed into high pressure and provide high-quality atomized fuel to engine by the nozzle through the transfer motion of plunger and cam,so in pump body the gap between plunger and plunger sleeve become the main way of the fuel pump Fuel leakage,and fuel injection pump high pressure chamber fuel compression stage is bound to become the main stage of fuel through the plunger gap leakage.The leaked fuel through the plunger sub-gap flow to the transfer motion of cam and roller dilute the lubricating oil between in cam and roller,resulting in cam and roller wear to shorten its working life.Therefore,the leakage of the plunger in the working process of the fuel injection pump is very important for the efficient and stable operation of the fuel injection pump and the engine.The analysis of the flow field at the clearance of the plunger is beneficial to the further improvement and optimization of the fuel injection pump.In this paper,for the electronic control of modular pump,under the premise of reading a large number of related literature and fully understand the working principle of the system,Leakage problem of No.0 light diesel between the single pump high pressure environment plunger gap,comprehensive analysis Effects of Various Factors on the Leakage of Single Pump during High Pressure.Using the structure and fluid analysis module of the Large finite element analysis software ANSYS,considering the problems such as the leakage of fuel in the chamber and the Plunger coupling deformation of the high pressure fuel in the gap,establishing the fluid model and flow Solid coupling model for injection pump.In order to solve the problem of large computational complexity and long computation time in the simulation process,a method of piecewise modeling the mathematical model is proposed to reduce the computational load and the calculation period.By calculating can obtain the situation of the flow field of single pump high pressure chamber and the gap and deformation situation of the plunger caused by high pressure fuel.The leakage of the leak is taken as the index,and the accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by experiment,lying the foundation for subsequent optimization.Based on the original model,using single element analysis to comprehensive analysis the factors about affecting theleakage of single pump.By means of orthogonal experimental design method,the influence degree of each factor and the theoretical optimum scheme are simulated,and the optimal scheme is obtained by considering the actual situation and theory.In this paper,the electronic control unit pump has been fully introduced,according to the comprehensive analysis and improvement of leakage,improve and provide technical basis for structure optimization and performance of single pump,but also for the optimization design of future electronic unit pump combination provides a reference method and reasonable theory.
