In order to cope with air pollution,China has vigorously developed clean energy,and fuel powered vehicles have gradually been replaced by natural gas fueled vehicles.The development of natural gas vehicle directly promoted the rapid development of natural gas filling stations,including LNG skid mounted refueling station with its fast building,low cost,flexibility and other advantages has quickly spread throughout the country,especially in the remote areas of the laying of gas pipeline difficult,its flexibility is also very suitable for the same in the city construction.In order to make the filling station meet the demand of gas supply for many cars,it will undoubtedly require higher efficiency,low failure rate,automatic integration and control accuracy of the station control system.This topic takes Handan Xinze Natural Gas Technology Co.Ltd.in Xinjiang 211 group of skid mounted refueling station computer control system as the background,process of skid type filling station is analyzed,at the same time,the station control system functional requirements and technical parameters are studied.Finally,combined with PLC control technology and human-computer interaction technology to design a set of excellent comprehensive automation system with data collection,chain protection,leak alarm,cut off control,tank pressure control,filling the security system in one.LNG tank pressure control has typical nonlinear,time-varying,and easily subject to external random interference,it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model.In view of the high pressure control requirements of tank,low storage pressure of LNG and slow change of pressure in the storage tank,it is difficult to obtain better control effect by manual mode and conventional PID regulating tank pressure mode.In this paper,an internal model PID controller is adopted to control the pressure of LNG storage tank.The algorithm is simple in design,good in control performance,without precise object model,and has strong robustness and anti-interference.The system realizes the pressure stabilization control by configuring the pressure transmitter and controlling the adjustable proportional valve.The skid mounted refueling station computer control system has high control precision,good reliability and stability.It fully meet the technological requirements.It provides a good solution for the control system of large and medium-sized skid filling and its vast market and development prospects.
