For induction machines,the existing brush and slip ring limit their further developments.However,the switched reluctance machine(SRM)has obtained extensive attentions due to some advantages,such as simple and robust structure,excellent reliability,wide speed range and good start-stop performance.In recent years,SRMs have already successfully applied into aerospace,electric vehicle system and industrical control.Switching power source is used to supply power for the drive circuit and control circuit of the SRM controller.In this thesis,a multi-output switching power source using flyback circuit is designed based on the basis of the research of SRM controllers.Then the designed circuit is verified by Multisim circuit simulation software.Afterwards,circuit boards are produced,soldered and tested,which further verified the feasibility of the designed circuit.The works of this thesis are as follows:1.The common topologies of circuits for switching power source are analyzed,and the single flyback circuit is used for the switching power source in this thesis.In addition,the switching power source contains 5 output voltages,including 1 main output and 4 auxiliary outputs.2.The design methods and procedures of switching power source are illustrated,and the design diagram of main circuit system is determined.3.All the unit circuits of switching power source are designed,including the design of main circuit taking advantage of UC3842 based on current control mode,and the design of another four DC/DC circuits.4.Finally,the designed circuits are verified by Multisim circuit simulation software.Afterwards,circuit boards are produced,soldered and tested,which verified the feasibility of the designed circuits. |
