Power Supply is very important for electric equipment working in stable and reliable condition. This paper introduces and compares the principle of linear regulated power supply and switching power supply. With the characteristics of high efficiency, small volume, light weight, switch power supply is used and studied widly. It often needs a lot of voltages in most of the electronic system, so a single output of regulated power supply cannot meet this demand. In this condition this paper proposes a multiplexed output of a switching power supply.First, this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad of the switch power and the four kinds of commonly used DC/DC converter principle. Then, the modular switch power supply and digital future were simply introduced. In the design part explains the design of each module in detail. This switching power supply uses single-ended flyback topology with input and output isolation. The multi-channel output voltage regulation power working frequency in 40 KHZ, puts UC3842 controller as the core, with a feedback circuit, input and output rectifier filter circuit, over-voltage and over-current protection circuit etc.. This paper mainly introduces the AP area method used to design high frequency transformer, and gives the transformer design process. At last selects the right transformer magnetic core and the number of turns of the primary winding and secondary winding and enameled wire size. After finishing the design, the whole design schematic is given. Then select components parameters in order to simulate analysis of 5V output with multisim10.0. Using prote199se software design PCB diagram when the schematic is determined, then install components after PCB proofing. Test the switch power supply after debugging success and making sure it works normally.In conclusion, it basically corresponds the design requirements because of conversion efficiency of this switch power supply designed in this paper at 81.15%, voltage regulation rate within 2%, the ripple coefficient within 0.5%. So that, it is successful that design a multiple-output switching stabilized voltage power supply.
