The high-pressure blasting of pressure vessel is an extreme form of failure and failure,which is the basic content of the pressure vessel teaching.High pressure blasting test is an important destructive testing method,which is widely used in product performance testing and professional teaching training.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing high pressure blasting experiment devices,such as single test,low degree of automation and poor experimental results,a new type of high pressure blasting comprehensive experiment platform was developed based on the computer automatic measurement and control technology and small flow supercharging technology.First,the overall design of high pressure blasting experimental platform.The main structure of the experiment table adopts the frame structure.In the blasting area,the double protective device of toughened glass and plexiglass cover is adopted to realize the visualization of blasting process.Specimens are made of standard seamless steel tube specimens.Automatic recording was carried out by computer,and the expansion explosion curve was saved and the expansion rate of specimens was analyzed.The device adopts independent hydraulic system,automatic pressurization,adjustable flow,and can control the pressure automatically by using computer.A hydraulic ram pressurization device is set up,which can realize small flow and one-time plunger loading,and obtain a steady and continuous expansion and explosion curve.Second,the hydraulic system design of the test-bed.The load of hydraulic system is analyzed,and the selection of actuating element and auxiliary element is designed.The system supercharging device is emphatically discussed.The large piston cavity of the pressurizing device adopts the existing oil cylinder on the market,and a small-size plunger device is designed as a small piston cavity.The piston cylinder respectively with high oil and blasting specimen is when the reciprocating motion of the plunger,the two check function,from the oil pump into the oil cup,pump into the sample to achieve small flow supercharging.Third,computer control system development.The system with PC as control platform based on USB bus data acquisition card for the I/O control module,analog signal receiving test pressure(AI),plunger stroke check point digital signal(DI)as the input signal according to the preset program logic,generates a digital output signal(DO),the relay driver board amplification,direct drive relay loop,control valve,cylinder forward and backward movement.The software system is based on VB6.0,and uses modular programming.It mainly implements automatic data acquisition and control,real-time data curve,format data preservation,historical data playback and parameter calculation.Fourth,based on the experimental stage,the standard specimen was experimentally tested.The test blasting pressure 52 Mpa is close to the theoretical value;The expansion rate is 1.12,the test part is reasonable and the blasting curve is continuous and typical.It is better to verify the main function of the experimental table,which shows the advanced nature and rationality of the system design.With the proper modification,the experiment platform can be applied to the actual product performance test and has a wide application prospect.
