With the rapid construction of smart grid and intelligent city,intelligent power distribution system plays an increasingly important role in intelligent city and smart grid design and planning,and intelligent digital meter as a data source,played a key role.For the national grid on the multi-loop measurement,low cost,low power consumption,high precision multi-function smart meter growing demand for a national grid in line with the latest specifications,with harmonic measurement of the power monitor design.This paper first elaborates the research background and practical significance of the subject,summarizes the development course of the electric energy meter and the research status at home and abroad,expatiates the measurement principle of the electronic energy meter,introduces the basic electrical parameter calculation method,Measurement of the impact of the current commonly used several harmonic measurement methods and fast Fourier transform principle.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the design of multi-function multi-loop power monitor is carried out.In the hardware design part,first of all,according to the power monitor technical indicators,the power monitor hardware system design,the use of four dedicated high-precision measurement chip IDT90E36 as a measurement unit,the choice of low-power high-performance Cortex-MO family KM34Z128 as the power monitor processing and control center,according to the principle of modular design,the hardware system is divided into eight sub-rmodules,focusing on the power module,current and voltage sampling module,measurement module and other modules of the hardware circuit design,and given the Hardware anti-jamming and reliability design;in the software part,according to the functional requirements of the instrument,the software overall program design,the use of hierarchical principles of the system software is divided into applications,data centers and drivers,focusing on application software Design,including measurement,communication,display and other application software sub-module software design,while the system software reliability design and analysis,and the use of Delphi language design of the PC calibration software.Finally,the accuracy,influence,electrical performance,electromagnetic compatibility,insulation,climate impact and precision of the multi-loop power monitor are analyzed.The test results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the power monitor designed in this paper,Function,accuracy aspects have reached the design requirements.This paper designs a high-precision metering chip IDT90E36 multi-loop power monitor can be applied to a number of distribution circuit of the basic electrical parameters of the measurement,to achieve the energy metering,harmonic measurement and harmonic analysis of the function,the grid parameters of the centralized measurement display And through the RS-485 communication interface and the host computer to achieve data exchange,the instrument has high precision,good stability,practical,powerful,and other advantages,and has a good EMC performance.In this paper,the design of the power monitor has been small batch production,the application results show that the power monitor in the intelligent distribution system and industrial automation systems in the intelligent distribution system and industrial automation systems has good market prospects.
