After the operation of high-speed railway,with the fast,safe and comfortable advantages,the passenger volume of expressway passenger transport in the same traffic corridor has fallen substantially,and operating profits fell sharply.It is a key issue for the expressway passenger transport operators to cope with the challenge from high-speed railway.Under this background,it is very important to clarify the market development situation,the position of expressway passenger transport and its advantage.Among all passenger modes,only expressway passenger transport can provide door-to-door service,to achieve non-transfer transport.Therefore,the precise market positioning and door-to-door advantage play a breakthrough in response to the impact of high-speed railway.Based on this,this paper studies the market positioning of expressway passenger transport and optimization of door-to-door trip-end line network in the high-speed railway era.(1)This paper studies the market positioning of expressway passenger transport.The passenger value measurement model is constructed,by using factor analysis and cluster analysis,the passenger transport market is subdivided into service market,economic market,prudent market and efficient market.According to the advantages and disadvantages of expressway passenger transport in various market segments,the target market of expressway passenger transport is chosen to adhere to the economic market,seize the efficient market,participate in the service market,and abandon the prudent market.Combined with its own advantages,expressway passenger transport is positioned as "the passenger transport mode that can provide door-to-door service." The results show that the market positioning of expressway passenger transport is practical,and it can clear the development situation of expressway passenger transport and its location,also avoid blind investment and the waste of resources.(2)According to the market positioning of expressway passenger transport,this paper proposes the competition strategy of door-to-door operation mode for expressway passenger transport,and design the door-to-door trip-end line network.Extend the expressway passenger lines into the origin city,reasonably set the starting point and lay line network,so that travelers can choose the nearest bus station,without a direct transfer to reach the end of the transfer to the destination city.Therefore,this paper builds a bi-level programming model.The objective of the upper model is to maximize the operator's daily business profit,and the lower model calculates the passenger trips with user equilibrium principle.Taking Dalian to Shenyang transport section as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis,and obtains the optimal door-to-door trip-end line network and fare system.The results show that the door-to-door trip-end line network can effectively improve the market share,operating profit and passenger service level,which is an effective and practical method to deal with the impact of high-speed railway.
