The proposing of ocean maintenance platform provided a new model of pelagic maintenance,which had important significance to improve the ability of pelagic maintenance and expend the maintenance work from shore-based to Ocean Sea.In order to achieve the concept of ocean maintenance platform,scientific and rational selection of maintenance equipment is needed.Besides,perceptual cognition of the concept and working flow was also a need.Firstly,according to concept designation of the semi-submersible repair ship,the functional requirements and the semi-submersible ships' technology,the summary analysis was given around the Technical parameters,function features,structural characteristics and the work environment characteristics,as well as the characteristics of the ocean sea maintenance process.Subsequently,based on platform features and maintenance process characteristics.With reference to ship repairing industry actual situation,the classification and range of maintenance equipment was given.The technical and economical formula was established and used to calculation the economic indicators of the schemes.Then,the scheme optimization of ocean maintenance platform emergency maintenance equipment is a problem which has the feature of multiple attribute,incomplete information,lack of confidence.In this paper,based on the method of SIR method,the linguistics terms with degrees of belief and dynamic weight theory were introduced,and the scheme optimization of ocean maintenance platform emergency maintenance equipment was done.Finally,ocean maintenance platform was on the step of concept designing,the perceptual cognition was a lack.In order to display the theory research more intuitively,the 3DS MAX technic was used to establish the 3D models of plat form,equipment,workers,and the service object.Besides,the working flow was designed and the simulation animation was put out,which can make the concept easier to understand.
