Ultra-high Formwork systems play an important role in the process of pouring concrete.However,due to the large loads of concrete,tight time for project,high-density of steel bar,huge burden for construction,the High Formwork systems are prone to collapse during the construction process,and make a serious effect on the security of construction and the available function of the buildings.Therefore,The high support template system design,and construction management requirements are more rigorous.This model adopting ABAQUS finite element analysis software,based on the transformation layer tall shuttering special construction scheme of the high-rise commercial and residential building in Hunan Province which was provided by construction units.Based on the finite element three-dimensional spatial analysis model,the model-structure interaction system Carrying Performance.1)According to the practical engineering design and construction of files,theoretical calculation of tall shuttering panel,main girder,trabecular and poling under transformation layer was accomplished,as well as the comparison with the results of numerical simulation.It indicates that computing theory of high-support modulus theory used widely at present was partial security.2)Based on ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation software,two working condition models to which two supports and three support was set up respectively were compared.Effect of different shuttering layer on the frame displacement and mold bearing performance was analyzed,as well as maximum cross section area of beam and its mode.Influence degree of different shuttering layer on improving overall performance of model-structure interaction system was evaluated.3)Concrete pouring process was simulated,and preset point displacement was monitored by using ABAQUS software.Statistics show that maximum point deflection on the panel varied in different position,the position of the displacement peak generally appears in the range between the pouring board and casting board,which explains its time-varying characteristics.Along with the advancement of working condition,ratio of bearing load between two supporting layer during concrete pouring course had a rising trend,but the first support layer had a more obvious response.
