Although fastener-style tubular steel formwork support is an important temporary work, the safety of it has not received enough attention for a long time. The safety of construction project is seriously threated by collapse accidents. Therefore, it has realistic meaning and economic meaning for carrying on deep analyses and research on the engineering application of fastener-style tubular steel formwork support, then supplies the scientific and reasonable scheme of design and construction.Firstly, according to "Technical Code for Safety of Steel Tubular Scaffold with Couplers in Construction" JGJ 130-2001, the paper analyzes reasons of the accident in ultra-high fastener-style tubular steel formwork support based on the investigation and the typical accident, sums up experience and lessons.Secondly, together with the research and analysis of current codes and handbooks, several problems worthy of discussion are found, further analysis and calculation as well as relevant suggestions are given in this paper.Thirdly, finite element model is set up to simulate the actual loading according to the practical conditions on the premise of reasonable assumption, together with conclusion of accident reasons, the reasons that causes the unstable collapse of ultra-high fastener-style tubular steel formwork support are found. According to detailed analysis of bearing capacity factors, quantitative conclusion is obtained.Finally, based on the previous conclusion, it proposes new simplified calculation methods and provided a theoretical basis for the actual design and construction projects in this paper, it also provides suggestions on further development.There are 50 figures, 22 tables and 49 references in this paper. |
