In this paper,the Air-conditioning simulation training experimental platform was researched and developed based on BACnet protocol and Programmable controller called VLC.Through the continuous development in this paper,Its function has been continuously developed and improved.This training experimental platform can also provide a platform for the trainees to do a custom design.In other words,trainees can customize the design of relevant system with debugging and verification according to the relevant theoretical knowledge.These will not only deepen the trainees' understanding of building automation system and HVAC,but also enrich the functions of the training laboratory which can provide a guarantee for the development of more comprehensive training experimental platform in the future.At first,the hardware and software of the building automation system(BAS)are used to build the all air system simulation training experimental platform.The related technology of BAS is applied in the construction process of the simulation training experimental platform,so that it can complete the relevant control demonstration according to the requirements of the simulation control of the all air system.In addition to the training demonstration,based on the hardware and software,it can also be deeply developed and its function can be constantly enriched and improved.Based on initial simulation experimental platform,it was deeply developed according to the relevant theory in this paper to enrich its functions.Firstly,it can be used in the simulation in the design phase of air conditioning according to different air processing scheme.In other words,a series of design value can be obtained according to the known conditions through the simulation of the design process.Secondly,it can also be used in the simulation in the operation phase of air conditioning to obtain the operating parameters and energy utilization of the all air conditioning system under partial load.It includes the simulation of constant air volume system and variable air volume system.The contents of the demonstration include not only the adjustment process needed for the stability of the system,but also the energy consumption status and the change of operation parameters of the whole system after certain regulations.After the deep development of the all air experimental platform,it was also combined with the same type equipment called cold source system experimental platform,then the comprehensive experimental platform was established.In order to combine them better,the cold source system is also designed accordingly according to some requirements of joint operation,so as to complete some comprehensive simulation demonstrations.Due to the limitation of time and energy,this paper only carries out a simple combination,and adopts a relatively simple form for related models which can also be improved and perfected in the later study through a continuous development.The practice here provides technical support for the development of training experimental platform in the future.Finally,through the MATLAB software,the part of the function of the training experimental platform is programmed by MATLAB.By writing the corresponding M file,part of the calculation function of the experimental platform can be implemented in the MATLAB software.Although it sacrifices its intuition(experimental table has good intuition),it can greatly enhance the computational analysis ability of the experimental platform.As a supplement of each other,both of them will make the development of the integrated simulation experimental platform more meaningful.Meanwhile,MATLAB can also play the role of auxiliary design to a certain extent for the later upgrade of the experimental platform,so as to reduce the time of development and debugging.In addition,with the development of the comprehensive air conditioning simulation experimental platform,the related models will be constantly developed and improved.The operating parameters or related data will not only be confined to the theoretical value used for teaching or training,but also be more and more close to the actual engineering.
