The energy consumption of the central air conditioning system accounts for about 60% of the total energy consumption of buildings.Under the social context of energy conservation,it is of great significance to study the energy saving of air-conditioning system.At present,software simulation,micro system simulation and project practice are the main methods to study the energy saving potential of air-conditioning system.In this paper,the shortcomings of these methods are summarized,and a simulation equipment of relatively simple and easy to operate of air conditioning cold source system is constructed.In this paper,the structure and principle of the four parts of air conditioning cold source system: chiller,chilled water pump,cooling water pump and cooling tower,are discussed.The energy consumption models of the four main equipments are established.In addition,the manual and automatic control logic,the start and stop sequence and fault simulation of the main simulation objects are designed.The method of inputting the energy consumption model through the complex program code to the simulation equipment is abandoned.The VisualLogic graphical function module programming software is applied to the simulation equipment,so that the control program editing of the experiment table becomes simple and convenient.In addition,the simulation equipment combines the Alerton building automatic control system with the air conditioning cold source system simulation equipment.The operation data of the simulation equipment can be transmitted to the automatic control system in real time,and the automatic control system can also realize the control of the simulation equipment.Thus,a new type of simulation equipment of air conditioning cold source system based on BACnet is formedFinally,take the air conditioning cold source system project of a pharmaceutical factory in Suzhou as an example,to verify the operability of the simulation equipment and the accuracy of the simulation data.The unknown parameters in the energy consumption model of the air conditioning cold source system are fitted by the measured data and some equipment samples.After the energy consumption model is transformed into the control program of the simulation equipment,a simulation experiment for the air conditioning cold source system of the pharmaceutical plant can be formed.Taking the chiller unit as an example,the measured data of the energy consumption of the chiller during a certain period of time are compared with the data obtained from the simulation equipment.The results show that the error is less than5.4%.By using the simulation equipment and BIN method,the annual energy consumption of air conditioning cold source system can be simulated and calculated.Taking a workshop in the pharmaceutical factory as an example,it is concluded that the annual power consumption of the air conditioning cold source system is 1.946 million kW/h.
