In the economy running smoothly plays an indispensable role in the process of energy,and energy problem with indispensable resources,quality,environment,corresponding to issues such as pollution,natural gas because of its low pollution,large reserves,high calorific value become under the big background in the oil energy has increasingly caught the attention of more and more people.The production of natural gas is not consistent with consumption,so it is generally used to transport natural gas to LNG in a low temperature.Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is the pure natural gas under atmospheric pressure low temperature to-163 degrees take easy to store and transport a liquid,liquid because of its manufacturing process is different,the corresponding production unit consumption of LNG power is different,but basically maintain shocks near 1000 kj/KG.Before liquefied natural gas receives and refueling stops the supply of natural gas to downstream users,it is usually necessary to use seawater to gasify the liquefied low-temperature LNG to the temperature required by the local gas network.In the process of LNG gasification can release a large amount of cold,every tons of LNG gasification theory release cold energy of 190-230-kw,if not handled in time can this part of the energy released a heavy cold,a lot of water carrying can release this part of the cold into the sea,will cause the corresponding cold waters pollution.Can fully recycle the gasification process of this part of the cold,for improving economic efficiency of LNG receiving station,reduce energy consumption,clean energy effective utilization have significant meaning,for energy conservation and emissions reduction also has extremely important theoretical and practical significance.In view of the existing LNG cold energy power generation methods more small but widespread electricity,energy utilization efficiency is low,generally no more than 30%,in this paper,using Aspen Plus software process simulation technology,the LNG dual cycle process,to simulate the generation method of LNG composition,temperature,pressure and kinds of refrigerant and the turbine inlet temperature,and other factors effect the capacity of the system and analyzing summed up the restricting factors of low system efficiency is mainly turbine inlet temperature and the selection of cold coal species.Combined with the new Austrian(zhoushan)liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving and filling station concrete implementation of the project,the research conclusion is applied to the project's cold can power projects,by improving the related technology can improve the cold power generation efficiency.
