Hydropower as a kind of clean energy has been widely attention,and the turbine governor as an important control of hydro power generation equipment,to ensure the safety and reliability of generating units and power systems,to improve the generator and power system technical and economic indicators play Play an important role.However,there are still some problems in the process of the governor.In this paper,we will analyze these problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduced the basic working principle of the governor and its significance in the turbine.At the same time,it clarifies the current type of turbine,analyzes the control method used in the current turbine governor,and selects the appropriate adjustment method As a control method for the Yantan Hydropower Station governor.(2)The hardware and software of the governor of Yantan Hydropower Station are designed.The basic functions of the governor are determined by hardware and software design.Then,the frequency measurement module,man-machine interface and power supply module of the unit are designed.And select,and finally determine the control strategy of the unit system fault detection and protection strategy,in order to ensure the safe operation of the system provides a guarantee.(3)A nonlinear robust control algorithm.is designed to solve the problem of system oscillation and cancellation caused by failure in long distance power transmission.In the process of design,the model of the system is first linearized,and then the robust control law is designed for the system model to control the governor.In order to verify the effect of the control,the robust control law and tradition The PID control rules were experimented respectively.(4)The static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the Yantan hydropower plant are tested,and the results of the test are recorded.Then,combined with MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software,the prime mover in the Yantan hydropower plant and the system Important parameters to identify.Finally,the performance and stability of the microcomputer governor of Yantan hydropower plant are tested in the field to check whether the designed governor meets the requirements. |
