Smart Detection And Prevention Of Electricity Stealing To Improve The Safety Of Power Grid

With the development of economy,the power demand has been increasing.Some people try to steal electricity in order to reduce their living costs.Stealing electricity is not only the illegal action that disturbs social order,but also will endanger the safety of electric power users and the power grid.It will reduce the benefit of power companies and also be a waste of electricity.With the progress of science and technology,the means of stealing electricity become more and more intelligent,diversified and invisible,which has put forward higher requirements for the detection of electricity stealing.This thesis studies the smart detection and prevention of electricity stealing and the main contributions are as follows.The main reason,current state and tendency of electricity stealing are presented.The harm of electricity stealing on the safety of individuals and power utilities is analyzed.The type,means and principle of electricity stealing are listed.The limit of electricity stealing methods is analyzed and the tough questions of the detection and prevention of electricity stealing are given.The methods of the detection and prevention of electricity stealing are discussed.Among them,a method through the adoption of the system of line loss analysis and acquisition and supervision on electricity stealing is mainly introduced.It can identify electricity stealing precisely with the combination of the automatic and manual identification to reduce the increase of line loss due to electricity stealing.A monitor working on 10 kV line tap is another method of the detection of electricity stealing.It can be installed at any location of power lines and taken down easily without power cut.Without external power source,photovoltaic panels supply the power.Through the internet,massages are sent automatically to the mobiles and computers to get communications with engineers and let them know which ammeter is warning now.The method of the prevention of electricity stealing by resident who are using smart ammeter is analyzed.Standard file is compiled so that the prevention of electricity stealing is not face to face but to the file.Proposals of solving measures about difficulties are presented.The method of using mapped meshing scheme and media are given,in order to strengthen the effect of the prevention of electricity stealing.
