Study On Cost Control Of A Construction Project

At present,China's rapid economic development,for the construction enterprises to bring opportunities at the same time,but also for the construction enterprises to bring more intense competition.Construction enterprises in order to stand out in the same industry,in addition to the introduction of technology and talent,enterprises need to have efficient internal control.Which cost control is the primary component of internal control,but also the basis for good business income.Therefore,enterprises must pay attention to cost management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,a part of the research on the construction cost control of a project is carried out with the engineering examples.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,First of all,a general analysis of the status quo of China's construction enterprises,summarizes the research status of cost control at home and abroad,puts forward the research contents,research methods and research ideas,and then summarizes the basic theory of project cost control as the theoretical basis of this paper.Cost theory includes its concept,composition,classification and analysis methods,cost control theory,including its concept,basis,principles and measures in several aspects outlined.Cost control measures are mainly discussed in terms of organization,technology and economy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current project,including the lack of cost control consciousness,the confusion of cost organization,the unreasonable cost control method,the lack of perfect system control of cost control,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the above shortcomings.Including the enhancement of cost control awareness at all stages,the establishment of a sound cost control system,the establishment of a viable cost control basis.Thirdly,this paper summarizes the method of cost control of construction project,analyzes the main problems of cost control of construction project,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the cost control of construction project.The finally,combined with S-curve comparison method,cost cumulative comparison method and earned value method to analyze the progress and cost of construction project differences,find out the reasons for timely correction.
