In the process of industrial production,for example tower equipment,reaction kettle,measurement of liquid level when the temperature more than 100 ? and requirements High precision,large range,multi-parameter measurement.Because the spring is sensitive to temperature in the traditional displacement type float level gauge.When the temperature is too high,the spring will creep and failure,can not meet the requirement of the measurement and also unable to realize the data remote transmission.And because of the type of power supply the other high precision magnetic level gauge are easily flammable and explosive,for example such as measurement of oil and gas products will increase the risk of explosion.Therefore,it has the very high practical value to study is suitable for high temperature electric buoy liquid level measurement of liquid level meter in the flammable case,.In this paper according to the principle of Archimedes and hall effect,using the technology of measure the torque tube elastic deformation,so as to measure the liquid level value;It has the separate electronic module,solved the high temperature of flammable liquid level measurement;Using a new heat treatment solutions to the torque tube material,to improve the reliability and precision of the instrument;Designed a Cylindrical buffer optimized the torque tube stress condition,can guarantee the stability of the instrument;Designing Temperature compensation circuit to hall effect device design;At the same time,Optimized design for the instrument parts formed.Through experiment,the accuracy reached 1% FS can satisfied the level measurement in engineering.Paper main work is as follows:(1)It designed the overall measurement of electric float level gauge,using 3 d software to virtual design of the overall structure of the instrument,and optimize design the structure size of each part;(2)It carried out a test to the mechanical properties of torque tube,at the same time take a optimization design on the processing and heat treatment method;(3)Test analysis was carried out on the hall effect sensor characteristics,designed the symmetry of the structure of the magnetic field generator,so as to obtain linear hall effect sensor magnetic field environment;(4)According to the design manufacture the prototype and check on the experiment.Through this topic research design electric float level gauge accuracy can reach1% FS,suitable for-40 ~ 400 ? ambient temperature,instrument realized HART,remote transmission,instrument in the explosion-proof,solve a lot of level measurement under high temperature and combustible environment problems.
