Study On Construction Safety Risk Management Of PC Assembly Building

With the development of science technology,PC assembly building have been rapidly developed while the industrialization of the building has been highly valued and vigorously promoted in all aspects.However,the risk management system in the construction stage of PC assembly building is not mature in China.It will be difficult to meet the requirements of safety if PC assembly building system standards,technology and safety regulations are still in groping stage.Therefore,establishing a scientific risk evaluation model and improving the risk management system in the construction of PC assembly buildings can improve the risk management awareness and ability of construction units and reduce accidents.In order to deal with the risk during the construction phase of PC assembly buildings,a risk management system for the construction of PC assembly buildings was established.First of all,taking PC assembly building construction organization as an entry point,the key construction links were analyzed.And based on the mechanism of accident occurred,the risk factors of each construction stage were identified by Job safety analysis(JSA)and flow chart method;Secondly,the Fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP)evaluation system of PC assembly building based on environmental factors,human factors,equipment factors,management factors and technical factors in construction was established to calculate the risk rating,and key risk factors were derived from it.Then,the paper established a risk management framework by Building information modeling(BIM)and Unmanned aircraft system(UAV)methods for PC assembly building in construction safety.Finally,the feasibility of risk evaluation system and risk management framework for PC assembly building in construction safety were verified by a case.Meanwhile,corresponding risk management measures were formulated based on the evaluation results of risk factors.
