Research On The Landscape Design Of Longhu Guankou Villa In Xiamen

Housing has become a topic that our people have to care about in recent years.Nowadays,the real estate market is not only tightly linked to people’s lives,but also closely integrated with the overall situation of our economy.Especially since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the development of the real estate industry ushers in a new opportunity and challenge."Seizing the Opportunity & Meet the Challenge" is the common theme of the real estate industry’s transition.As scarce products in real estate projects,high-end residential ones also face such a situation.Landscape design,as an important part of the residential area planning,is also affected by the transition of this industry.How to propose a way from the perspective of landscape design to respond this challenge is the focus of this paper.The main research method of this dissertation is based on the concrete design process of the project which the author participates in by the conclusion of case analysis.Finally,the paper summarizes the landscape design methods that meet the needs of the industrial transition of high-end residential areas in China at this stage.The whole text consists of five chapters.Chapter One mainly introduces the specific background of this thesis,and makes a summary of the development of relevant theories at home and abroad.The content of Chapter Two is a systematic introduction of the project to be studied in this paper and to sort out,summarize and extract something from the specific environment of the project location;on the other hand,it analyzes several excellent cases and summarizes the excellent experiences in these cases.Chapter Three mainly elaborates the general design ideas of the project from three aspects such as design basis,design concept and overall layout,and obtains a reasonable landscape framework,laying a good design foundation for the subsequent partition design.Chapter Four is the focus of this dissertation.This chapter elaborates the landscape design of each area of this project on the basis of the first three chapters,which is the concrete practice of the previous theory.The main content of Chapter Five is to supplement the program from other aspects on the basis of the complete programs.
