This paper did research on the key construction technology of large prefabricated reinforced concrete low-speed wind tunnel,in order to provide technical support for the construction of low-speed wind tunnel,at the meanwhile,we need to develop the production technology of high-quality precast unit,the key construction technology of complex assembly structure and the method of assembly precision control.Furthermore,we hope to make the key techonlogy standardization and modularization,and we can popularize the construction method.The construction technology of prefabricated wind tunnel is a systematic project,it involves a lot of aspects.This paper did some research about the polygonal steel frame and precast reinforced concrete slabs,and make some description about the application of BIM technology combined with prefabricated wind tunnel.The paper has done much research about the actual need of wind tunnel construction,the main results are described as following.Firstly,research has been done on the key techniques for manufacturing high-precision and special-shaped prefabricated structure,which contains research on warpage of large-scale prefabricated plate,research on manufacturation of steel frame,research on the informative prefabricated production technology.This paper poses a concept of mobile precast factory,which can make a large indoor space and forming a local and rapid-constructin factory with good production environment.Combining with a large stiffness and flatness of the bench formwork,precast slabs can be high-qualitily produced,by the mean time,slabs' flatness and warping deformation can be easily controlled.On the study about construction technonlgy of wind tunnel steel frame,this paper poses a new precast frame with flange joints,and we made a 1:2 scale model for test,the test results show that this new steel frame has enough stiffness,and has the adcantages of good construction efficiency,good quality of production and processing,and low construction cost etc.On the study about production technonolg of industrialization and informatization,we has done related research on wind tunnel construction combined with BIM.By using BIM technology,we achieve the aim of numbering and positioning display of precast slabs.By combining BIM and RFID technology,we can easily do quality monitoring and parameter query for each precast slab in BIM software,and bring BIM's advantages into construction efficiency,management and safety.On the research of key technology on wind tunnel's efficient assembly,we did much work on several parts,including 3D visualization simulation of wind tunnel's assembly program,development on slabs' efficient assembly machinery,construction control.3D visualization simulation has been done on the posed precast wind tunnel's construction process,which can exhibit the construction plan vividly.The slabs' efficient assembly methods are closely related to structure construction efficiency and construction quality,this paper poses two lifting device for the slabs' lifting.According to our research,some construction error control requirements are posed on the construction quality control,which can provide the precision control basis for the wind tunnel's construction.
