It is likely to cause a power cutoff accident,when the weak regional distribution network faces a natural disaster,separating with the large grid.In order to ensure the continuous power supply of important load,the research on multi-mode operation analysis of distribution network is urgently needed to be carried out.Especially for a large number of distributed power supply of the weak regional distribution network,there is a strong feasibility and practicality.Therefore,the research of this paper aimed at the weak regional distribution network with distributed power,has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Analysis of multi-mode operation optimization for weak regional distribution network is studied,and according to the different grid structure and grid status information in each mode,the model is established and analyzed through the regional distribution network of Ledong area in Hainan province.The risk dispatching decision-making system is established,to realize the stable operation of the Ledong regional distribution network in different operation modes,and improve the reliability of the power supply in the weak area.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The frame of multi-mode operation of weak regional distribution network is established,and the weak regional distribution network model is built.The design of the multi-mode operation of Ledong regional distribution network is completed under the condition of its unit and load.(2)The operation mode of weak regional distribution network is studied,with the the optimal distribution model established,with the minimum network loss of as the objective function,and less surplus water.The optimal output of small hydropower is obtained,compared to different hydropower output,in Hainan Ledong regional distribution network.(3)The risk operation model optimization strategy is studied.Extreme weather risk model is established due to vulnerability of the weak regional distribution network in the face of risk.Multi-time-scale optimal scheduling model is established,with different optimization arrangements based on different time scales.The important load is guaranteed reliably powered at risk,with multi-time scale joint optimization scheduling of distributed small hydropower output,transmission power and load.The hydropower station acceptable minimum target value is adjusted according to the probability of risk,improving the economy.(4)The island detection methods are studied and the stability control in isolated network operation mode is considered,with optimization strategy program to reduce the load or load adjustment.Ledong regional power grid connection scheme and process are studied;in additional,the maximum voltage difference on both sides of the grid is simulated,which provides a reference for the restoration of the grid.(5)The framework of risk dispatching decision-making system and the system design of Ledong regional power grid are studied.The hardware and software structure and function are presented.The main transformer protection and line protection and its setting value calculation are studied,with short circuit current to check. |
