With the development of medical level,the clinical nutrition has gradually become an important part of clinical diagnosis and treatment,which significantly improves the patients'therapeutic effect and cure rate.Currently various analyzers have been widely applied.But compared to foreign instruments and reagents products,the development of domestic nutrition analyzer is falling behind.Based on this background,the research aims to develop an integrated multi-functional clinical nutrition analyzer.Firstly,the overall design scheme and work idea of the instrument system are given.The detection modules and subsystems are designed to be in the integrated/mixed mode,and the optical structure and the parameters and instructions of the stepper motor are focused on in this part.With the comparison of the principle and characteristics of many common photodetectors,the sensitive photomultiplier tube is finally selected.Secondly,the design and experiment of the luminescence detection module are introduced.The principle of luminescence and ATP luminescence detection are explained,and the design of the system frame of the module are given,and the optical system is analyzed theoretically.The ATP standard solution and detection reagent are applied in the experiment,and the detection sensitivity and optimization scheme are obtained.Thirdly,the principle and design of the time-resolved fluorescence detection module are introduced.The principle of time-resolved fluorescence detection and the fluorescence characteristics of Eu3+ tracer reagent are explained.The design of the system frame of the module is given,as well as the selection of light sources and light-emitting filters,and the experiment design.The optical system is also analyzed theoretically.Finally,a control software of the apparatus system is introduced.The language and platform during the software development,and the anylysis of the functional requirements are introduced.The interface,functions and operating procedures of the software are shown.In this paper,the design and experiment of the luminescence detection module are completed,as well as the design of the time-resolved fluorescence detection module.These modules have a high sensitivity,and the integrated multi-function design model also has a reference value.
