advantage.Line through region has four provinces of yunnan,guizhou,guangxi,guangdong,path length is about 1250 km.This line engineering of ± 500 kv voltage level,the dc with double circuit design of towers,delivery capacity is 6400 mw.This project is China’s first ± 500 kv dc double circuit transmission line for long distances,complicated design of meteorological conditions,large elevation difference,there are many different kinds of terrain and to save the project cost and adapt to the terrain complexity designed trailer corner tower has a complicated structure form,more nodes,the transfer process of twists and turns of bar,etc.However,the research on the suspension angle tower is not enough,and the design rationality needs to be verified by the true test and the related numerical study.Q420 Angle steel big norms,moreover,large-scale application in practical engineering is still in its infancy,yet the mechanical properties of high strength with large Angle and systematic survey in engineering application,this paper studied the testing tower advocate material specification used Q420 L220x22,experimental study of the static characteristics of Q420 Angle steel big norms,and verifies the rationality of the calculation parameter selection is also this article focuses on the subject.In this paper,the following experiments and theoretical researches are carried out on the SZJ101-42(high and low legs)tower.(1)According to the usage conditions of SZJ101,the planning and design of SZJ101 was carried out in the meeting of the electrical requirements;Calculation of the ground line load of SZJ101(normal operation,installation,accident condition,etc.)and wind load;Based on the analysis software TTA3.0,the force analysis and selection of SZJ101 were carried out.Through optimization design,the tower is 63.7 meters high,the weight of 44.20 tons,the largest specifications advocate material is made of Q420,model for L220X22.(2)For the selected type tower for real test,the Eiffel Tower in ten different working conditions is obtained bar stress and deformation of the overall situation;Analyze the test data,the processing,the test results with the theoretical calculation results from the member internal force and deformation analysis,such as special node stress analysis for co MParative study.The results show that the tower calculation results with the theoretical results fit well with experimental data.Therefore,tower design and calculation is reasonable,the strength and deformation can satisfy the requirements of design of external load.(3)The finite element software ANSYS to SZJ101 structure finite element analysis,combining with the true model test results data and TTA calculation results validated the rationality and accuracy of the model.Selected four kinds of typical working conditions of the calculation results were analyzed,and the results show that ANSYS calculated results with TTA calculation result is more close to.Therefore,the use of space steel frame theory to analyze stress and deformation of tower is reasonable.(4)The finite element software ANSYS to SZJ101 structure finite element analysis,combining with the true model test results data and TTA calculation results validated the rationality and accuracy of the model.Selected four kinds of typical working conditions of the calculation results were analyzed,and the results show that ANSYS calculated results with TTA calculation result is more close to.Therefore,using the theory of space steel frame on the basis of experimental data analysis,processing,analyze the mechanical characteristics of Q420 Angle steel big norms,for its engineering or in the design of steel structure in the future provide important basis for further application and popularization.The analysis results show that the Q420 Angle steel big norms in TTA and ANSYS environment basic consistent with theoretical calculation and experimental results.Q420 Angle steel big norms,therefore,the calculation of parameter(the radius of gyration,stability coefficient,etc.)is a reasonable value,Q420 Angle can be applied in the engineering specifications but with large Angle should be paid attention to when calculating the cut hole quantity and the consistency of the actual structure of the system.The tower of stress and deformation analysis is reasonable.(5)The tower model is fully rigid due to the constraint of the slope surface and the connection between the tower leg and the foundation.When the force is exerted on the tower,there is a large bending moment at the bottom of the tower.Therefore,the change of slope material and tower leg members in tower material using TTA design shall consider leaving a 10% margin. |
