In this dissertation, using the finite element program ABAQUS, according to basic principle of SARMA, the modified SARMA method which can take surface infiltration into consideration such as rain or atomized rain is put forward. The stability analysis program of modified SARMA method is work out. Using the method and program, the stability analysis of 2~# high slope of Zipingpu power plant is carried out. We obtain the perfect and instructional conclusions. The main aspects of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Seepage in fractured rock mass due to surface infiltration is saturated-unsaturated seepage flow. Firstly, using the finite element program ABAQUS, the fluid-structure couple analysis of high rock slope due to surface infiltration is carried out. The displacement field and seepage field due to surface infiltration is obtained. Aimed at the change of displacement field and seepage field, we analyze the stability of rock slope.(2) The failure mechanism of rock slope due to surface infiltration is discussed. Under the influence of surface infiltration, matrix suction of unsaturated zone and temporary additional water load are important factors for the stability of slope. Introduced the shear strength theory of unsaturated soil, the modified SARMA method program for checking the stability of rock slope under the influence of surface infiltration is worked out by using the limit equilibrium method.(3) Combining the finite element method and the limit equilibrium method, the modified SARMA method program is work out. Due to the contribution of matrix suction to the shear strength of rock mass and the harmful function of temporary additional water load are considered, the checking computation result of the above mentioned program conforms to reality better than those of the previous programs.(4) On the basis of the above mentioned saturated-unsaturated seepage field, using the modified SARMA method, we carry out the stability analysis of 2~# high...
