Continuous intelligent compaction Control Technology is the roller compaction and interaction of filling a device quality supervision.Combined with satellite positioning system cm-level positioning can butt down construction sections to carry on the control of the compaction degree,grope for controllable parameters on the degree of compaction,the influence of characteristics of accurate positioning the CMV,and analyzes it with sand filling method for compaction degree value relationship,etc Combined with the field situation,improve continuously and intelligent compaction control system,in order to research and analysis,improve the quality of engineering,as well as the optimization of the remote transmission system.In order to study the intelligent compaction technology of filling roadbed compaction degree,established by filling body for discrete body----"Quality~Spring~Damping" model and the vibratory roller response signal processing model,harmonic ratio model.In Baiyangdian boulevard as a testing ground for under three kinds of soil subgrade materials,using MGYS-? continuous compaction control system continuous compaction for this paper.For CMV intelligent compaction control indicators and the sand filling method to get the degree of compaction of value correlation analysis and regression analysis;In this paper,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through to the high moisture content of filler compaction degrees of value,the homogeneous degree of the change of packing and CMV,comparing the continuous map and weak subgrade compaction contrast reflects the continuous compaction and intelligent system can comprehensively reflect the status of filling and compaction of subgrade.(2)MGYS-? system combines satellite positioning system cm-level positioning can butt down construction sections to carry on the control of the compaction degree,the control of the compaction times.(3)Combined with conventional detection method,can make the routine detection ofsampling control is a key control(weak)area,a large amount of reduction in the number of conventional detection,and can confirm that the conventional detecting unqualified point range.(4)Both conventional detection and continuous detection,are some measures of subgrade structure resistance to deformation ability.Continuous test results with conventional test results in statistical sense has a positive correlation between them.(5)By sampling test of the points to cover the entire rolling the comprehensive monitoring and testing,on-site visualization display compaction result.
