| Deep and long tunnel is the key control project of large and oversize transportation,mining,water conservancy construction,its construction safety restricts the safety and progress of national major infrastructure construction.Especially in the western region,because of high mountains and deep valeys,deep and long tunnel is difficult to use the bull in the drilling and blasting construction,Considering three aspects of time,cost and technology,TBM technology will become the best choice for the western mountain long tunnel or roadway construction and the inevitable development direction.And the establishment of the underground engineering construction safety risk management information system,based on modern information technology,is the important countermeasures of safety management of tunnel and underground engineering construction,three-dimensional information system of TBM tunnel engineering is an important part of research and application of safety risk management information system for underground engineering construction.This paper relies on the 973 project,Interaction mechanism and safety control of surrounding rock and TBM in deep composite strata(2014CB046905).According to the technical requirements of TBM information construction management,using rapid development tools Delphi and 3D visualization software,through the research and development of 3D tunnel engineering information bearing platform,creating an application system based on the actual engineering data.to provide a platform to build applications and provide technical support for information construction engineering for TBM tunnel engineering.The purpose is to provide an application research platform for the safety construction of TBM tunnel engineering,and to provide technical support for the actual engineering information construction.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the TBM tunnel engineering related data structure and content,the paper design the database management system including general information of the project,the geological drilling data,the monitoring project information and the TBM tunnel support structure information,realize the data input,edit,query and output functions.(2)Proposed a fast and efficient seamless integration modeling method of 3D stratum and tunnel engineering based on 3ds Max and GLScene,which is based on the drilling data.First of al,create a foundation of 3D stratum by using GLScene.Then import into 3Ds Max for stratigraphic division,sectioning,mapping and rendering.Finally,it is incorporated into the creation and integration of new engineering objects such as drilling holes in GLScene.(3)The design of the function of 3D visualization system of tunnel engineering.Tunnel engineering 3D information visualization system is developed,including the main function of 3D stratum model and geological section information display,real-time rendering,interactive 3D scene roaming,3D object picking and statistical and other information,provides a technical platform for further research on engineering application.(4)Based on basic data of main section of water conveyance tunnel for ABH water diversion project III bidding section(TBM section),using the tunnel 3D visualization platform,gives the method to create application system quickly,create the 3D information application management system of tunnel engineering TBM.The research results of this paper are of great significance for the application of information technology in tunnel and underground engineering,as well as for the construction support of Engineering information. |
