Study On The Appropriate Design Of School Rain Garden Water Collection Facilities In Jiangsu Drought Region

Sponge city construction is the current hot spots,in drought region the primary way is rainwater collection and water regulation.In Jiangsu drought region,low per capita water resources and tight water supply are important factors to influencing the ecological development of the campus,campus and city are common in the transition period of resource depletion,otherwise,the rain garden water collection facilities be used in campus are very few.Owing to this,it's necessary to design the rain garden water collection facilities in drought region campus.Based on the above situation,the author analysis on the climate characteristics of the Jiangsu drought region,summary the facilities of school rain garden water collection,focus on the campus space form,the current situation of water collection facilities to analysis the existing problems.The author focus on analysis the particularity of school rain water collection,combined with rain garden water collection facilities content,including green roof,green land,pool,pervious pavement and plant ecological ditch,to carry out appropriate design direction.As well,summarize the design measures in Jiangsu drought region campus.In order to verify the design,take the research project of the tutor academic team during his graduate course---the demonstration project,Xuzhou municipal party committee party new campus(Jiangsu building energy saving and construction technology collaborative innovation center project,2016),according to the actual situation of the campus,to design the water collection facilities.Using the SWMM software to simulation the rain storm runoff.Compare with the rain water runoff before design and after design,to meet the sponge city construction design control indicators in drought region.Ultimate realization of the campus runoff slowed,the project design will be reached on the purpose of increasing the penetration area.It is hoped that the research results can exert certain guidance role on campus rain garden water collection facilities in Jiangsu drought region.
