With the development of social economy and science and technology,the use of nonlinear loads in power system has increased the number of harmonics,not only affects the stability of the power system,but also caused great difficulties to the electric power parameter monitor.Therefore,based on the actual situation,in order to solve these problems,the need to develop a safe and reliable,high precision and multifunction power meter,the rapid and effective measurement and analysis of power quality monitoring of power parameters.The power meter designed in this paper can not only measure the basic power parameters according to the actual needs of the users,but also detect the harmonic components in the power system.This article mainly from the working principle of the hardware and software design is introduced to the system,its main contents are: hardware,the design of the meter low price,high precision,multi function characteristics,so use STM32F4 XX single chip of ST company,domestic source and rich interface chip can make it capable of handling a large amount of data;selection of voltage transformer and current transformer,which can meet the requirement of the system can also save the cost of the meter by high definition TFT-LCD display module;the module is also called true color liquid crystal display;interaction between computer and data,using the RS485 communication interface MODBUS protocol monitoring;Bluetooth module can make the artificial is not convenient under the environment of the instrument;add voice alarm,open circuit input and relay output,improve the instrument integration,makes operation more simple and more interactive Add convenience.The software,written communication scheme of Mod-bus bus protocol standard,to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data transmission;write the basic electrical quantity and harmonic processing algorithm can quickly and accurately acquire the data;design of liquid crystal display,view the data better and modify the parameters.Complete the hardware design and software debugging,through real-time detection,theadvantages of the three-phase multifunction power meter with good real-time,high accuracy,high reliability,simple operation and friendly man-machine data transmission,meet the requirement of the system and has a broad prospect and practical value.
