The piezoelectric driven ultrasonic atomizer based on micro electro mechanical(MEMS)and high frequency piezoelectric actuator is a kind of high performance ultrasonic atomizer.At present,ultrasonic atomization technology has been applied in 3D printing,inkjet printer,medical atomization and so on,especially 3D printing technology has important application value in the field of aerospace manufacturing.This paper is based on the piezoelectric driven mesh ultrasonic atomizer,combining the theoretical and experimental research,and strive to improve the atomization theory and optimize the atomization performance,provide theoretical and practical basis of ultrasonic atomizer for later work.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First,An overview of the status of research on classification of ultrasonic atomizer at home and abroad,introduces the advantages and disadvantages of various ultrasonic atomizer and prospects have been or can be applied,indicating the purpose and significance of this research.Secondly,analysis of the atomization theory and principle,based on the elastic theory and atomizer structure adopted in this paper on the piezoelectric sheet metal substrate deformation analysis,flow resistance,atomization cone taper deformation process analysis,and the micro hole flow resistance are deduced by using the theory of knowledge,proof the taper deformation can make liquid flow,the part of a cycle of atomization quantity sources.Thirdly,analyze the mesh type ultrasonic nebulizer chip vibrator vibration simulation,using finite element software,modeling and simulation analysis,according to the simulation results,the reasonable vibration mode and resonance frequency selection of atomizer.Finally,for the experiment,the first Doppler laser vibrometer to sweep,atomizer fixed frequency experiment;the effect of atomization experiment,finite element analysis and argumentation,Doppler sweep frequency according to the experimental results,the qualitative analysis experiment,and external conditions to determine the parameters of atomizer,the atomizer working accuracy reasonable selection of frequency verification,according to the discussion and analysis of the theory,demonstrates the atomization sheet metal substrate and the cone deformation effect on the nebulizer effect,demonstration and improvement of atomization and atomization theory.
