Further research is indispensable for Piezo injection and atomization devices to fulfill their wide applications in many fields from the aerospace, medical, environmental protection, safety and energy saving to the harmonious development of the economy. Piezoelectric ultrasonic nebulizer, because of its advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, high efficiency, is widely used in the field of atomization with small amount, and air humidifier and inhalation therapy device are the most common application examples. For the better use, optimization and promotion of piezoelectric ultrasonic nebulizer, its theoretical model need to be established, and further research is also needed. Based on the basic theory of atomization, considering the structure of piezoelectric ultrasonic nebulizer, this paper aims to consummate the theory and optimize the performance of the nebulizer.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The research status of the research on piezoelectric jet and and atomization device, as well as the piezoelectric pump, are introduced to lead to the content and purpose of this study.The piezoelectric driving technology is introduces, combined with the atomizer structure, based on the theory of the ultrasonic atomization, atomization mechanism of piezoelectric ultrasonic nebulizer is proposed, and a mathematical model is given.The atomizer is analyzed by finite element simulation, to choose the resonant vibration type atomizer resonant frequency appropriate.Through the experiment, the optimal resonant vibration type and resonant frequency of the nebulizer are selected; the rationality of choice of the neutral surfaceerify during the taper deformation is vertified; the existence of "moving cone angle" effect is confirmed; the determinant of the droplet size is the mist outlet diameter; taper deformation effect on the droplet size is analyzed.The conclusions of the thesis, the deficiency of this paper is pointed out, and thoughts for further research are provided.
