| "Made in China 2025" plan not only shows that the manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,but also emphasizes the importance of intelligent manufacturing.As an important part of manufacturing industry,the manufacturing level of Aeronautics and Astronautics has a direct impact on the development of China’s aerospace industry.At present,a large amount of time is spent on metal cutting in aerospace manufacturing.Conventional machining method cannot adapt to the dynamic process,and the processing efficiency is low.The method of constant power constraint integrated with chatter control is proposed to realize the intelligent processing and improve the machining efficiency.In this paper,the feasibility of monitoring the machine tool spindle power instead of cutting load is analyzed firstly,and then the spindle power is acquired and analysed.Two dimensional fuzzy controller are developed based on fuzzy theory.Taking the spindle power error and the error change rate as input,the cutting feed rate as output.Constant power is achieved by adjusting the feed speed of the cutting process online.The influence of chatter on spindle power is analyzed.Standard deviation and amplitude spectrum are extracted from vibration signal,and thus-the algorithm for chatter identification is presented with extensive applicability.Aimed at eliminating chatter,spindle speed is changed on line to adjust the phase between two times to be 2π.The influence of spindle speed adjustment on cutting power is studied.In order to improve the machining efficiency,the principle of adjusting spindle speed and feed speed is developed.Based on the SIEMENS 840 D system,a constant power constraint adaptive machining system integrated with chatter control is developed.Finally,three sets of cutting experiments are designed to analyze the vibration and time of conventional cutting,constant power constrained cutting and constant power constraint cutting integrated with chatter control.The result showed that: the constant power constraint processing method which integrated with chatter control can effectively adapt to the dynamic process,improve the processing efficiency and realize intelligent machining. |
