With the development of more/all-electric aircraft technology,variable frequency AC electric power system has become the trend of development of large civil aircraft power system.As the size and complexity of airplane grid has increased greatly,the research on real-time simulation technology for aircraft electric power system has a great significance to the design and test of aircraft power system.Based on civil aviation wide-body aircraft,this paper,specific to the variable frequency AC power system and its network,has a research on real-time simulation technology for wide-body aircraft electric power system.Firstly,the structures of the aircraft power network are presented.According to the characteristics of the aircraft VF AC power system,the modeling method for the power system has been discussed,and the principles and functions of the key components of the grid were analyzed,then its simulation model were established in Simulink.Some researches about network reconfiguration algorithm of aircraft distribution network were also carried out.The simulation models were integrated as a whole system,and its simulation result shows that the models and the the control logic were well-worked and implemented the corresponding function.Secondly,the real-time simulation technology based on the RT-LAB was studied.This paper introduced development process of the real-time simulation model which based on RT-LAB platform.The principle and method of model separation were discussed and explored.The principle and theory of state space node(SSN)algorithm were analyzed,and used to simulation model of the wide-body aircraft grid,and based on the RT-LAB platform,the compilation,configuration,connect and download were completed.The aircraft power grid model complished the target of real-time simulation well.Finally,wide-body aircraft half physics experiment platform was construced.RT-LAB hardware platform was introduced,and real-time simulation system software was well designed.This half physics experiment platform,could simulate operation conditions of the aircraft grid on the ground and in th air,and a variety of power grid failure condition,the real-time performance of simulation model was tested and the correctness and effectiveness of the model was proved.
